Lights! The under-cabinet lights are pretty subtle, doesn't show well in the photos. I asked for rope lights under the cabinets on this side of the kitchen. I might wish I'd asked for lights under the other side, but live and learn.

Since the electrician's done, I don't have any more excuses for not unpacking the boxes of things for the upper cabinets. I counted boxes, and I have 40 more. There should be no concern over what will I do to use up all that space.

The counter top is scheduled to be delivered to the cabinet place in Watertown on Friday. I have not heard from the installer what his schedule will be for the week following, but I'm hoping to have installation done before the 21st.
